Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of this server of The Hunters ("we"). By making an account or playing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not make an account.

1. Who may play

You must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to terms like these without a parent or guardian, you must have their permission. One account is for one person.

2. Your account

• Keep your password, your recovery key and your authenticator to yourself. Anything done with your account is your responsibility; tell us at once if you think somebody else has used it.
• Your account is personal to you. You may not sell, trade, lend or give it away.
• Your account name and your hunters' names must not be offensive, impersonate anybody, or pretend to speak for us.

3. Playing fairly

You agree not to:

• use cheats, bots, macros that play for you, or any program that changes, reads or automates the game client or its traffic;
• exploit bugs or errors — report them to us instead;
• attack, overload or try to get into the servers, other players' accounts or data that is not yours;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content;
• sell or buy the game's items, gold, hunters or accounts for real money or anything outside the game.

4. The game and what is in it

We give you a personal, revocable licence to play The Hunters. Everything in the game — hunters, items, cards, gold and progress — belongs to us and has no value outside the game. We may change, balance, add or remove anything in it. The game is a living service: it may be stopped for maintenance, changed, or, in rare cases, have its progress reset.

5. Ending

You may close your account at any time from the game's Account window; your hunters are deleted with it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or to protect other players or the service.

6. Disclaimers

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losing in-game items or progress. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live that cannot be limited.

7. Changes

We may change these terms. When we do, the game shows you the new terms, and you accept them before playing on.
